The newly designed RhinoWares Coffee Brew Scale sees a significant jump in performance from older models. The display is extended out so whether your brewing a Chemex or Hario V60 you can read the weight and time on the scale. With its increased 3kg capacity and 0.1g accuracy, the RhinoWares Coffee Brew Scale will ensure delicious coffee every time. 'Auto-Off' saves battery power. This upgraded model has overload protection in case of accidents. You can tare and calibrate the scale as well. The timer display allows you to time your brews according to your recipe. Displays weight in grams or ounces with a nice big brewing platform of 126mm x 126mm. Silicone pad stops heat transfer to the scale from causing inaccurate readings and doubles up to save the scale from spillages. It comes with a bright white backlit display and 2 x AAA batteries are included. Please note: When using the timer function, if any weight is removed from the weighing platform, the timer will pause. Take care not to bump, adjust, or remove the brewing vessel once the timer has started. We also recommend not stirring the coffee bed as this will trigger the timer to pause. Please note that returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. This means that items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged. If in the unlikely event an item is received damaged, please email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, detailing the damage and preferably with a photo of the damage to the following email address � [email protected]

*Unfortunately, commercial products (machines, grinders & catering equipment) fall under our standard commercial returns and refunds policy and are generally exempt from return.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can�t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Commercial machines, catering equipment, home espresso machines and all electric grinders are special order items and are not eligible for return, but may be accepted at our discretion. The above terms would apply if accepted, with an amended 14 day return window. We may also require a 20% restocking charge.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
