BRITA PN: 1044845 Introducing PURITY C iQ from BRITA - the first data-driven filtration system offering full transparency into key data. It is a solution that combines a filter, a filter head, and an online cloud-based portal to deliver accurate data on key parameters in real time - giving you actionable information for better decision-making and enhanced predictive maintenance, in turn, helping to safeguard equipment against limescale, ensure consistent cup quality, and cut costs through greater service efficiency. Available sizes: 150, 300, 500, 1100 Head and system sold separately. (Filter head code: JAG32304) The smart filter head provides the service engineer with installation guidance, helping to avoid mistakes. It also recognises the type of cartridge it is connected to and indicates how long to flush the filter. PURITY C iQ continuously monitors the input water's properties using intelligent sensor technology - and automatically adjusts the filter's bypass setting accordingly. An integrated FlowMeter measures water consumption, enabling PURITY C iQ to calculate the remaining lifetime of your filter. All data are uploaded to the BRITA iQ Portal, where they can be analysed and visualised.

Please note that returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. This means that items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged. If in the unlikely event an item is received damaged, please email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, detailing the damage and preferably with a photo of the damage to the following email address – [email protected]

*Unfortunately, commercial products (machines, grinders & catering equipment) fall under our standard commercial returns and refunds policy and are generally exempt from return.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Commercial machines, catering equipment, home espresso machines and all electric grinders are special order items and are not eligible for return, but may be accepted at our discretion. The above terms would apply if accepted, with an amended 14 day return window. We may also require a 20% restocking charge.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
