Please note that returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. This means that items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged. If in the unlikely event an item is received damaged, please email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, detailing the damage and preferably with a photo of the damage to the following email address � [email protected]

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Commercial machines, catering equipment, home espresso machines and all electric grinders are special order items and are not eligible for return, but may be accepted at our discretion. The above terms would apply if accepted, with an amended 14 day return window. We may also require a 20% restocking charge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
