The Borg & Overström C2 and C3 are high capacity tap systems designed for commercial environments that need continuous, high volume hydration. They use ProCore undercounter units to deliver up to around 80 litres per hour, with options for ambient, chilled and sparkling water depending on the configuration. The main difference sits at the counter, where you can choose a two tap (C2) or three tap (C3) arrangement to match your menu.
Operation is through simple chrome lever taps, which makes the system easy to understand in any setting. The undercounter hardware uses R290 refrigerant and a robust steel chassis to support long term use. These models suit canteens, staff restaurants, bars and high traffic kitchens where a visible tap system is preferred over a freestanding machine.

Confidently clean water
Water quality on the C2 and C3 is supported by Borg & Overström’s Totality hygiene and filtration process. Multi stage filtration reduces sediment, odours, chlorine and microplastics, so every pour tastes clean, fresh and consistent. For sites that need an extra safeguard, the C2 and C3 tap systems can be specified with Viovandt UV purification. This uses LED ultraviolet light inside the system to provide chemical free sterilisation at the point of dispense, helping to reduce bacteria and viruses and giving added reassurance in shared environments.
Powerful, compact and energy efficient
Beneath the counter, the C2 and C3 taps are powered by the compact ProCore system, designed and built in the UK. ProCore houses the refrigeration, control electronics and key components in a modular unit with discrete ventilation, so it fits neatly into standard cupboard space and is easy to service. Integrated DryChill tankless cooling chills water as it flows through the system rather than storing it in a reservoir. This airless, rapid cooling method supports high hygiene standards, lowers the risk of contamination and ensures that every serve of chilled or sparkling water is consistently cold and great tasting.
Premium bottleless water for every environment
The C2 and C3 tap systems are built for hard working, high traffic areas where both appearance and durability matter. The plated tap bodies and drip trays are easy to wipe clean, helping teams keep serving areas looking sharp throughout service. By using eco refrigerant gas within the ProCore unit and connecting directly to the mains, the Borg & Overström C2 and C3 remove the need for single use plastic bottles and basic bottled coolers.
