The Zummo Z14 Slim Cabinet is built around the Z14 juicer and adds a space efficient cabinet format for sites that need high output but have limited floor area. You get the same Z14 squeezing performance and core functionality, with a cabinet designed to increase autonomy and keep the service area tidier.

The slim cabinet format helps you move from a countertop setup to a more integrated station. It supports large capacity peel collection and is designed for busy environments that want to minimise staff intervention during service. This is especially useful on breakfast buffets and high traffic counters where refilling and emptying waste too often disrupts flow.

A key difference from the standard Z14 is the cabinet’s basket approach. The machine is supplied with a large capacity fruit basket with a protective lid that prevents access to the fruit, which supports safer self service. Where you want shorter refill cycles, there is an optional smaller basket capacity option.

If you need Z14 performance but want a more contained, standalone footprint with improved waste handling and a cleaner presentation, the Z14 Slim Cabinet is the more suitable configuration.
